A new family picture with our WHOLE family now. Mitchell is now 8, Lincoln is now 5, Porter is 2, and Spencer is 1.
In recent news, Robert went back to work for Gunnison City managing thier swimming pool in April. He is very happy there- always more than enough to keep him busy and the community is so glad to have him back as well. Robert has had pnemonia 3 times this year and is hopefully well enough now that we can have him get the vaccine for it.
I am still the Personal Progress Leader in the Mayfield Ward Young Women's. I like my calling and the progress that I am helping to spur on. I am excercicing every day and watching what I eat. I have spent the last 8 years working on my boys, I am going to work on me. My goal is to get down to my target weight before I hit 30 next year. That gives me 14 months to loose 40 lbs. A goal I think is more than achievable. I am excited to work and get to where I can have the energy I need to keep up with my boys.
Mitchell started Scouts last winter and is LOVING it. He is 2 requirements away from getting his wolf badge. Mitchell also started piano lessons in the spring and is going to start swim team next month. He is very excited to be in Mrs. Hatch's 3rd grade class. They have lockers and a pet gecko named Phineas. A lot of his friends are in his class. He loves being in school and is a good student. He is getting tall-over half my height and is putting on actual muscle mass! Where did my little boy go? It is fun to see him get so big.
Lincoln is such a stud in the new glasses he got. He ruined the pair he started out with last fall. He is now in Kindergarten- Mrs. Oliver's morning class. He gets to ride the bus there with Mitchell and also rides the bus home just before lunch. He is so far ahead of his class- he is working on times tables now. The teacher said she will adjust his curriculum as best as she can. I really think she will. Link also started piano in the spring and will keep going in his 3rd year of dance with TeriLee Hamond starting next month.
Porter has been moved into the huge bedroom with both of his older brothers and is very excited about that. He loves to go swimming in the mornings with his mom when she goes to excercise. He has finally figured out that he can go anywhere in the pool by himself with a life jacket. After his fall out of our 2 story window in July, all he has to show is a scar on his leg which he still refers to as his owie and says that he fell out of the window. I don't think he will forget that one for a while.
Spencer is walking almost everywhere he goes now. He loves to dance to any music, even if it is the music he makes playing the piano while his brothers are practicing. He likes to sing with the radio. And with his moving upstairs, he completes the boys' apartment. I call it the bachelor pad. It is fun having all 4 of them have thier own floor. Spencer has finally got all 4 of his molers through. A feat I am very glad to say I will never have to do again.

Remembering 2008
In 2008 many things happened to us. Starting from the top, Robert has continued working on his bachelor's and Managing the Activity Center for Snow College. Holly finished keeping track of the foreign exchange student that was living in Manti till the end of the school year and said GOODBYE to being a rep for the students, we will host again, hopefully sometime soon, but she says she will not be in charge of keeping track of them.
We celebrated our 3rd Anniversary in January and Lincoln turned 2. Both of Mitchell's eardrums burst later in the month. Also, Huston moved all the way from our apartment (#1) to apartment #8.
We changed renters in our Mayfield house in Feburary. The day the new renters were moving in, we had the electrical updated and the contractor's foot came through the hallway celing. Spray insulation EVERYWHERE! Renters moving in in under an hour! Well, at least now we have a proper access to the attic instead of having to go through the upstair's bedroom wall. :) Robert also had a Happy 30th.
We figured that Robert's '95 Buick would not last another year and that it was not worth registering it for another year, if it would pass inspection that is. We sold it in December to someone for parts. We bought a van the first part of April.
Robert, Holly, and Mitchell went to DisneyLand again this year with Randon, Melanie, and Abby Anderson in April. Lincoln stayed home for the 8 days with Aunt Brandie. Coincidently, we quit managing the student apartments 
the beginning of April so we did not have to worry about it while we were on vacation.
Mitchell graduated his second and last year of preschool in May. Bring on Kindergarten! He loves Kindergarten. May 31st brought us back to Mayfield. Our house feels HUGE compared to the little apartment we were living in. It feels so good to be home!
Holly's sister Brooke got married in June and Mitchell got to be the ring bearer. Her colors were pink and yellow and Mitchell got to wear a pink tie for the occasion. It is his favorite tie! Robert
got to help with swimming lessons for the college this summer. Mitchell learned that he can let go of the side when he has a life jacket on and his confidence has improved dramatically. Lincoln needs to be in an older class, but age wise is only old enough for mom and tot. He loves to go underwater, the trick is to keep him up and out of it! He doesn't want anyone to hold on to him. We have to tie a noodle around him or put a life jacket on him because he likes to swim away from me! And the same as last year, Lincoln's main objective is to run to the diving board. This two year old has even tried to go up the high dive!
August brought Mitchell and Robert back to school. Mitchell was so excited to start riding the bus. We also started renovating the second upstairs bedroom. And with the fall, comes one of our favorite events of all time: the Demolition Derby. It was Lincoln's first time going and we had a ball! We also traded our van in for one that was more to our liking.
In September, we got to go with the Graham side of the family to Open Cockpit Day at Hill AirForce Base. We all had a lot of fun, but Mitchell had loads of fun! Early September also brought prodromal labor for Holly that would continue for over 6
weeks till Porter would finally make his way into this world. On October 11, we were induced and Porter was born 42 minutes into the day on the 12th. Holly went all natural and has decided that once was enough for that. For Halloween, we had a little pumpkin (Porter), Buzz Lincoln (as he called himself) to the rescue!, and Mitchell was Prince Philip from Sleeping Beauty 
once again. He wore the costume to DisneyLand and got to help Pricess Aurora with her story time. He danced with her in the forest.
In November, Holly celebrated her birthday, Porter smiled for the first time, we started into the late elk hunt, and we had two Thanksgivings as always. The difference this year is we hosted one of them and Robert and Mitchell missed the one with the Sorensen's because they were out hunting with Huston. We also got new windows thoroughout our house. They actually open, unlike the 1918 ones that were in here before.
December was a very eventful month with our annual trip to Temple Square, about 10 Christmas parties, visits with Santa, Porter's baby blessing and first Christmas, another family baby blessing, Mitchell's 6th birthday, Holly's dad David having another mini-stroke and Robert's Grandpa Sorensen departing this life after a short battle with cancer.
